We’re a Midlands based business with offices throughout the U.K. – providing our services nationwide. Primarily a building based maintenance contractor – we mainly work under term contracts / partnering / schedule of rates and framework agreements.
Established for over 23 years

We’ve been in business for more than twenty years. And while our corporate structure has changed over the years, we never lose sight of who we are. Polished and professional, but with a down-to-earth feel. Where we work is about what you need— whether it’s a complete facelift or just a little touch to update your pub, property, retail space or offices.
We have bespoke systems in place (making us pioneers and leaders within the construction field) to manage our repairs, which enables us to provide real-time information, on all orders, to our clients as well as providing numerous larger projects at any one time.

Favorite Part of Your Job – From conception over 20 years ago I have always prided myself in staying ahead of the industry and providing a cutting edge, first class service to our clients.
Arrow Services has always been about customer service which is delivered through communication before, during and after works – keeping all involved informed and empowered to make decisions. This is achieved by having the right people in the right position and utilising our business strategy of taking ownership and pride in our work.
I take great satisfaction in the knowledge that we have grown as a business over time, are a leading contractor and specialists in our chosen areas and provide an outstanding service.
Personal Life – I am married with 4 children and when time allows (and I’m not supporting my children at football, hockey or netball) we love to get away and spend quality family time together having days out, riding bikes, or relaxing. When I do manage to get some rare ‘me’ time I thoroughly enjoy playing golf and fishing.

Favourite Part of Your Job – I have worked for Arrow Services for approximately 12 years and love the daily challenge.
I love speaking with people and trying to help them with their requests.
My favourite part of the job is building relationships with customers and clients.
Personal Life – I have been with my partner for 12 years and we have a 6 year old son together. I love to spend time with my family when I can going out on day trips making memories. I also like to socialise with friends on a weekend for a bit of me time.

Favourite Part of Your Job – Personally, my favourite aspect of the job is that no day is the same and the satisfaction you get when you deliver a project on time and to the satisfaction of your client. The problems you faced throughout the project and the sleepless nights become a distant memory when you see what you gave achieved and the smiles on people’s faces.
Personal Life – I have 2 young boys so my personal life is pretty much taken up running round after them, not that bad though because they do make me smile every day. As a family we love exploring different places and going on holidays. I love going out with friends and following Liverpool FC.
We have 20 a further 20 office staff based all over the UK, each member of staff has a dedicated account they are attached to, ensuring all projects run smoothly and are able to provide live data at any juncture.
