We are extremely happy to announce that we have been entrusted to undertake a comprehensive project focused on crucial repair works. This challenge, rooted in insurance-based repairs, involves resolving issues caused by long-term water ingress that has unfortunately led to significant damage to an apartment block’s timber frame.
Spanning a period of six months, this major renovation venture displays the breadth of our capabilities and commitment to delivering excellent results regardless of the scale or complexity of the task at hand.
The assignment will involve meticulously dismantling the front and side elevations down to the first floor level. Once our expert team identifies and replaces the defective timbers, we’ll commence the rebuilding process to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
The project encompasses reinstating parapet walls, updating the roof covering and deck, and implementing advanced tin hat scaffolding to the existing structure. This essential addition aims to offset the potential impact of winter weather conditions, ensuring that our team can maintain the workflow and meet the project timeline.
Our process also incorporates detailed internal reinstatement, which will be followed by external rendering and decoration to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building while preserving its restored structure.
