Arrow Services are delighted to announce a new Contract Award from McCarthy Stone.
McCarthy Stone create award winning retirement properties for sale or for rent.
They have over forty years’ experience of creating spectacular, safe, low-maintenance, private retirement apartments, bungalows and cottages, in superb locations.
McCarthy Stone have circa 480 developments spread across England, Scotland and Wales and are responsible for constructing new sites (circa 50 per year comprising circa 2100 apartments/bungalows) and then marketing and selling these new properties to their customers.
Arrow Services will be responsible for providing Reactive Maintenance and Planned Repairs/Small Projects on circa 243 sites across the Central, West and North West Regions.
