There were roof leaks affecting three flats and therefore emergency roof repair were carried out to rectify these leaks. The complete roof was striped off down to the joists, we then applied breathable felt and fitted tantalised lath timbers. Reclaimed slates were then finally laid to complete the roof works.
The client was over joyed with our prompt response and the quality of our work.
