Emergency Structural Works? We have you Covered!
Take a look at the recent structural job we completed for one of our clients!
It was reported to us that a large main window had been identified to have no lintel meaning it was a major health and safety concern as the load of the brickwork, roof and chimney were all being held up by this internal window!
From identification we completed these works within a tight timeframe of 2 weeks meeting our clients deadline. All works were certified and signed off by Building Regulations with the room now back in use. Our lads did a great job of keeping site clean and tidy to allow site to continue trading.
We began works by propping the roof up from two floors below to allow for a steel lintel and needles to be installed to take the weight of the chimney and roof.
We then made good around the steel by plastering and painting both sides of the wall. We then reinstalled all projector screens, blinds and speakers and carried out repairs to the skirting as well as replacing broken sockets and boxes.
Site was left clean and tidy and site were exceptionally pleased with all workmanship.
