Impact damage to the rear elevation of the pub that caused severe structural damage. Arrow were on site within 2 hours to make safe and provide client with a report they required for their Insurer, we appointed and liaised with our appointed structural engineer and installed props to ensure no further movement and the safety of the public until we received approval for the required works.
Extensive external rebuild of elevation, new windows, roof repairs and internal works which consisted of new men's toilet refurbishment, new joists, first floor repairs.
All works delivered in 3.5 weeks and as you can see quality of the works has not been compromised.
Once again, the publican has awarded us 10/10 for our efforts (we've even included the feedback form in the gallery below).
