We followed the instruction of a structural engineer and completed the following repairs as well as a full front external decoration scheme with new multi coloured lighting. Which were specially sourced to provide long term protection against the sea air.
Scope of work
- Pre-paint repairs and full external re-decoration including windows above canopy. Like for like colours wise.
- Replacement of old lighting with new. Need to use high grade stainless steel units suitable for coastal exposure.
- Repairs to canopy as per engineers report. Replacement glass throughout. Some sections will need new welded in. Full re-dec of canopy on completion of repairs allow for 3 coats of high quality paint.
