Upgrading Essential Spaces: Recognising the importance of modern and functional bathrooms and a kitchen, we installed four new bathrooms and a contemporary kitchen. We designed these spaces to prioritise both aesthetic appeal and practical utility.
Flooring Installation: By replacing the flooring throughout the property, we not only enhanced its visual appeal but also ensured durability and longevity, selecting materials suited to various spaces’ functionalities.
Asbestos Removal: Our commitment to safety led us to meticulously remove asbestos, adhering to stringent standards. This step was critical in ensuring a safe living environment post-restoration.
Windows and Doors Replacement: The installation of new UPVC windows and doors not only improved the property's thermal efficiency but also its overall aesthetic and security features.
