We are proud to be carrying out refurbishment works at one of the oldest public houses in Britain (certainly the oldest in Bolton). The pub is also rumored to be haunted so we are glad to have carried out works just in time for Halloween! Full refurbishment to the ladies and gents toilets, works to improve the beer garden including installation of bench style fixed seating and a poly carbonate smoking shelter. Replacement of leaded glass and floor boards. Roof works consisting of replacement slates, installation of new flashings and extending the existing gutter.
