Establishing the right intervals for fixed wire electrical evaluations
Commercial locales and public access properties have a legal obligation to perform periodic inspections and cement an EICR for their electronic services. The timespan between these inspections aligns closely with the building's function and level of utilization.
It is recommended for a commercial property that a fixed wire inspection is carried out at least:
- Inspections should be on your schedule at least once every five years. You can choose our 100% full inspection every five years or participate in our rolling inspection program which includes a 20% examination yearly, ensuring annual checks on your electrical installation for potential faults.

What is the EICR?
The Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) dives deep into the state of your electrical system, laying bare any safety issues, defects, or non-adherence to the present version of electrical regulations set out by BS7671.
